Course Introduction：
This course is based on the Booster T1 Humanoid Robot, focusing on the scenario of robot soccer competitions. Over two days of intensive training, students will go through the full workflow of deploying the official demo program: from system flashing and remote-control debugging, to perception and recognition, motion control, and referee system integration. By the end of the course, participants will have built a functioning 2v2/3v3 humanoid robot soccer match system.
The course emphasizes hands-on deployment of open-source code and practical task execution. It enables students to quickly grasp robot debugging methods, understand the structural composition of open-source systems, and acquire the initial skills required for configuration, debugging, and participation in competitions.

It is intended for beginners with basic programming or computer operation skills. Through short-term intensive training, students will be able to quickly deploy and operate a real humanoid robot soccer system and gain first-hand experience in competition-oriented practice.
Module 1: T1 Hardware Structure and Operation
1.0 Teaching / Training Objectives

Understand the structural composition of the T1 humanoid robot and the significance of each degree of freedom (DoF);

Master the unpacking and repacking process of T1, including independent battery installation and preparation operations;
◦
Be familiar with the operational safety standards in actual deployments (e.g., zero-point calibration, mode switching).
1.1 T1 Robot Unpacking and Repacking Video Demonstration
This section mainly demonstrates via video the unpacking inspection and repacking process of the T1 robot during transportation. Students will learn about the composition of the robot body and accessories, as well as the correct posture for handling and safe operating procedures.

1.2 T1 Joint Structure and Degrees of Freedom (DoF) Explanation
1.2.1 Basic Knowledge of Degrees of Freedom (DoF)
In robotics, a "degree of freedom" refers to an independent direction of movement. A DoF can be either rotational or translational, usually manifested in the form of joints.
🤖 The T1 is a typical full-joint rotational structure, with a total of 23 degrees of freedom (DoF), all of which are rotational joints.
